*Due to high demand, we will not be able to offer individual or broken pack sizes (i.e. meals or packs that serve 1-4 people or 6 people). We will be able to serve ONLY denominations of 5. (i.e. 5 people, 10 people, 15 people, etc...)

Seared and lovingly basted for 3 hours, our pork gammon is sweet, salty, and packed with flavor, and glazed with a sheery, madiera, honey glazed that is perfect for the holiday tradition.
